At Psycho Pharma, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
